We manage your schedule together!
This means that schedules are created based first and foremost on instructor's desired schedules.
We don't tell you where to go and when, we ask you if you'd like to go here and would you like to go there! Best yet, we take on full responsibility of relaying scheduling with the customers, parents & students.
Our students and their families truly are the fuel that drives all of us teachers!
The families we work for truly are the best!
The parents and guardians of our child lessons are the best of the best of caregivers. They understand the value of music education (that goes without saying). Best of all they make you feel like part of the family!
We understand the personal nature of teaching, and teaching music especially.
So you keep your freedom as an inspiration and role model! We will help you provide the best service you possibly can!

We all know the common struggles for students but sometimes it can be difficult to have an action plan for targeting those problems that is convenient, effective, and what about fun!?
We at A to G - with a student body of primarily young and early beginners - put a great amount of emphasis on researching curricula and teaching strategies that target the primary core concepts in music and stand by the motto- you can't build a house on a poor foundation. It is with this disciplined perspective that we make sure that the simple things are not overlooked. We provide instructors with access to all of the tools one needs to easily and effectively assist students with and not limited to these primary core concepts:
- note identification
- rhythm and counting
- musical notation
- musical terms
A to G has a handful of extremely effective methods that we share with our instructors, involving the intelligent use of colour to aid pupils with but not limited to the following:
- pattern recognition
- note identification
- chord identification
